First, you'll explore automating database work with IDAPython, programmatically reading and writing metadata, resolving obfuscated function names at scale, and carving embedded data with Python. Next, you'll discover how to extend IDA itself by building a plugin with its own interface, wiring external tools into the IDA toolbar, and generating custom FLIRT signatures that teach IDA to recognize proprietary code.
