I’m currently in the middle of drafting the literature review for my dissertation, and honestly, combining all these sources into a coherent synthesis is turning out to be harder than I thought. Summarizing individual papers is fine, but building a critical narrative and finding the clear research gap is where I keep getting stuck. For those who have finished their postgraduate or final-year projects, how did you manage the workload? Did you map out themes first, or just write section by section?
