Government going paperless?
#1
Transitioning a government office to paperless seems impossible due to regulations. Has anyone actually done this successfully without breaking any rules?

It’s tough but rewarding. The biggest hurdle is always the legal requirement for "original" signatures. I read a piece on rcrank.com about how government offices are going paperless using secure digital alternatives, and it gave us a roadmap. We started with one department and used cloud-faxing to maintain legal standards while ditching the actual machines. My advice is to focus on digitizing the archive first—it clears up physical space and boosts morale instantly.
