It’s tough but rewarding. The biggest hurdle is always the legal requirement for "original" signatures. We started with one department and used cloud-faxing to maintain legal standards while ditching the actual machines. My advice is to focus on digitizing the archive first—it clears up physical space and boosts morale instantly.
