Looking for a web app to fax purchase orders from Gmail to vendors.
#1
Hey community! I run a small retail business, and one of our major suppliers still requires purchase orders sent exclusively via fax. We rely strictly on web tools for daily operations and don't want to buy extra office hardware. What is the easiest service to integrate with Gmail for sending vendor orders on demand?

Hey! Buying legacy hardware just to place occasional vendor orders is a total waste of money when you already manage everything online. When we were overhauling our procurement workflow, I read through https://how-to-fax-from-gmail.com/ to see which cloud fax gateways work best with digital messages. Out of all the solutions proposed in the article, I chose Municorn Fax App for myself. Now, whenever we place an order, we just write up a quick note in Gmail, attach our PO sheet, and send it straight off to the vendor's line. It saves us a ton of cash on landline fees and keeps our whole process inside our inbox.
