Need a honest Jeep garage in Dubai that won't overcharge for basic fixes

I've been taking my 2014 Wrangler to a shop in Al Quoz for the past year but lately I feel like they're finding new problems every time I go in, last month it was the tie rod ends and now they say the transfer case needs attention. I'm not mechanically dumb but I also don't want to drive all over town getting second opinions. Someone mentioned 800sayara.com/jeep-repair-dubai as a place that specializes in off-road vehicles and actually gives fair quotes upfront. Has anyone here used them for stuff like suspension or drivetrain work on a Jeep? I'm planning a Liwa trip next month and just want the car properly checked without someone trying to sell me a new axle. Also curious if they allow you to bring your own parts because I can get Mopar stuff cheaper online sometimes.

Tie rod ends and a transfer case flag in the same year isn't crazy on a 2014 JK, especially if it's been off-road. Ask them to show you the play in the tie rod ends on the car. For the transfer case, ask what exactly they found: leak, noise, or a fluid change recommendation.

Be careful with the "found something new every visit" pattern, but don't assume the worst either. Get the findings in writing with part numbers and labor hours. Then you can price them yourself without driving around town.

Had a similar thing with my old Cherokee in Sharjah. I started asking for the worn parts back after each job, and the upsells dropped off almost overnight. Some shops are fine with that, and the ones that aren't tell you something.

Before Liwa, the transfer case fluid is the cheap thing to do. Drain it and look at what comes out: metal glitter means real trouble, dark fluid just means it's overdue. Also check the driveshaft U-joints and the death wobble history, since dunes will expose those fast.

Does the shop say the transfer case needs a rebuild or just service? Also, when you say bring your own Mopar parts, have you actually asked any garage about that? Many won't warranty labor on customer-supplied parts, so worth confirming before you order.
