I've got a 2013 Ghost and the ZF 8 speed has started hesitating before engaging drive, plus a subtle whine in 2nd gear that wasn't there before. The dealer wants me to leave the car for a week just for a diagnostic, but I found a page online that talks about Rolls Royce gearbox work in Sharjah. There was a button that said "Read More" so I clicked it and it listed some basic info, but no real customer reviews or detailed case studies. Has anyone here actually taken their Rolls to a Sharjah transmission specialist and can tell me if they were able to fix something like this without a full rebuild? I'm not trying to be cheap but the dealer quotes are just absurd. Would love any real experiences before I commit.
