Looking for an Outlook app to fax purchase orders to vendors.

Hey community! I run a small retail business, and one of our major suppliers still requires purchase orders sent exclusively via fax. We rely strictly on Microsoft 365 for daily operations and don't want to buy extra office hardware. What is the easiest service to integrate with Outlook for sending vendor orders on demand?

Hey! Buying hardware just for vendor orders is an unnecessary expense when you already run Outlook. When setting up our procurement workflow, I read through https://how-to-send-a-fax-via-email-outlook.com/ to see which cloud fax tools work best with email. Out of the recommended apps, I chose Municorn Fax App. Now whenever we place an order, we draft it in Outlook, attach the PO PDF, and send it directly to their machine.
