The weird thing is I replaced all the spark plugs about 30k km ago with the OEM copper ones. I pulled the plug on cylinder 5 and it looked okay, not fouled or anything. I swapped the coil with another cylinder and the misfire stayed on cylinder 5, so not the coil. A friend suggested maybe an injector issue or even a valve seat problem on the Hemi.
